Filippo Morese Farm and Taverna Penta Dairy Tour
Our guided tours at
Filippo Morese Farm include: visiting the buffalo farm, visiting the
Taverna Penta Dairy to see the traditional
Campana d.o.p. buffalo mozzarella being made and taste the dairy products (
ciliegine, smoked ciliegine, buffalo ricotta), all produced exclusively from the milk of the
buffaloes bred on our farm. As an alternative to the tasting we can offer a
light lunch. Last but not least, a tour of the
yoghurt bar with the possibility of tasting its products too. The group will be accompanied by the owner,
Filippo Morese, or his Italo-Swedish wife,
Flavia Bergman Acquaviva d’Aragona, who is an official tour guide in the
Campania Region, and who can also guide groups around the wonderful touristic places of the area such as:
Salerno, Paestum, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Herculaneum.
